Factory paperwork, read and checked automatically
Documind reads orders, invoices, certificates and photos. It checks each number. It asks a person when unsure, then writes into your ERP.

Three everyday problems
-
The same order gets typed twice.
A customer order comes as an email with an Excel sheet. Someone copies each line into the ERP. One wrong digit ships the wrong part. 1
-
A changed price hides in a short email.
A supplier changes a price or a date in a reply. The invoice then arrives with the new number. Nobody sees it until the bill is due or the line stops.
-
Certificates and supplier data live in inboxes.
A customer or an auditor asks for a mill certificate. Your team searches folders for hours. EU customers now ask for supplier emissions data too. 2
- 1. In a review of 14 studies, people made errors in 3.9% of the spreadsheet cells they worked on (Panko, 2016). Panko, What We Know About Spreadsheet Errors, arXiv 2016
- 2. Importers of CBAM goods send their first yearly CBAM declaration, for 2026 imports, by 30 September 2027. Spanish Ministry for the Ecological Transition (MITECO), CBAM declaration page

Questions people ask
Do our customers and suppliers need to change how they send things?
No. They keep sending emails, PDFs, scans, photos and Excel sheets. Documind reads each layout. You list what you need in plain words. No templates are needed.
How does it know when it is wrong?
Three different AI models read each value and must agree. Your rules check prices, quantities and limits. When it is not sure, a person decides. Every answer shows the spot on the page it came from.
Does it work with e-invoices and papers from other countries?
Yes. An e-invoice already arrives as data, so Documind matches it and does not read it again. Tax IDs are checked with their check digits. It reads handwriting on delivery notes in many languages and flags what it cannot read.
Does it replace our lab tests or our inspector?
No. Documind checks the paper: the numbers, the heat numbers and the certificate type. It does not replace lab tests or a physical check of the steel. Your inspector decides on every held lot.
Does it work out our CBAM emissions or file the declaration?
No. Documind reads supplier emissions sheets and checks units, totals and gaps. It does not work out emissions and does not file CBAM declarations. Your CBAM team or adviser does that.
Where is our data kept?
On your own servers. Documind can run without internet, on AI models you own. Nothing is sent to an outside AI service. Documind is GDPR and KVKK aligned. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
