  3. It checks that every required answer is filled in, and that the form is signed.
  4. One digit of the phone number is unclear, so it asks a person: 1 or 7?

Questions people ask

Can Documind read handwriting?

Yes. It reads handwriting in many languages, including accented letters. It reads what it can and flags the rest. Three different AI models read each answer and must agree. A clean scan helps a lot.

Can it go through our old archive?

Yes. Start with a test batch, for example one box of files. You see what Documind read and what it asked about. Then you decide how to run the rest.

How does it know a form is signed?

It looks for a signature or a stamp in the right place on the page. If it is not sure, a person checks. Documind does not check who signed.

Is the scan a legal copy of the paper?

Documind does not decide that. It reads, checks and files the scan. Ask your legal or tax advisor which papers you must keep, and for how long.

Where are the forms kept?

On your own servers. Documind can run without internet, on AI models you own. No form is sent to an outside AI service. Documind is GDPR and KVKK aligned.
