Documind is enterprise content workflow automation. It reads what reaches your teams (emails, PDFs, scans, photos, Excel files), checks it, and finishes the work in your systems. We build it for teams in logistics, customs, supply chain, and finance around the world.
Who we are
Documind is a spin-off of Native Digital. We work closely with operators in trade and logistics, where a single misread value can mean a delayed shipment or an audit, and we build for that bar.
What Documind does
Documind takes over the repeated work that starts with a message or a file: reading it, checking it, and entering the result in the right system. You describe the process in plain words. An AI assistant builds the workflow, and an evaluation agent tests it on documents you have already checked before it goes live.
How it decides
Three AI models from different model families read each value, and they must agree. Rules then check the value. When Documind is not sure, it asks a person by email. Every step is saved in a tamper-proof record, so you can always see what was done and why.
Where it runs
Documind can run on your own servers, including without internet, on AI models you own, or in our cloud. Enterprise customers can choose EU or AU data residency. Results go into SAP, ERP and other systems, and Documind can also send email replies and create tasks.
Security and trust
Documind is aligned with GDPR and KVKK, with a SOC 2 Type II attestation in progress.
