Documind is an intelligent document processing platform that turns unstructured business documents into structured, validated data. We built it for teams in logistics, customs, supply chain, and finance who need production-grade accuracy, not a demo that works only on a clean sample.
Why we built it
Most document automation breaks the moment a new layout, a phone photo, or a handwritten note arrives. Template-based tools need constant maintenance, and a single language model can return a confident answer that is simply wrong. We wanted a system that reads documents the way a person does and tells you which fields to trust.
How Documind works
Documind runs multiple vision-language models in parallel, composes and cross-validates their outputs, and assigns a confidence score to every extracted field. High-confidence values flow straight into your systems; uncertain ones are flagged for a quick human review. You define the output you want once, in plain language, as a schema, and Documind handles ingestion, extraction, and validation for every document that follows.
Security and trust
Documind is ISO/IEC 27001 certified and aligned with GDPR and KVKK, with a SOC 2 Type II attestation in progress. Enterprise customers can use EU and AU data residency endpoints, a zero data retention agreement, SSO and SAML, and role-based access control.

Documind is a spin-off of Native Digital. We work closely with operators in trade and logistics, where a single misread field can mean a delayed shipment or an audit, and we build for that bar.
