Three everyday problems
-
The same claim gets typed three times.
It comes as an email, then goes into the claims system, then into a spreadsheet. Every copy is a new chance for a typo.
-
Photos and bills that nobody really checks.
Damage photos and repair bills sit in inboxes. Some are sent twice. Some are changed. Few get a close look. 1
-
Short deadlines, slow first replies.
Accident reports and recovery claims have strict dates. A file that waits in an inbox can miss them.
- 1. UK insurers found GBP 1.16 billion of fraudulent general insurance claims in 2024, about 98,400 claims (ABI). Insurance Business UK, reporting ABI figures, 2025

Questions people ask
What can Documind read for an insurer?
Claim emails, claim forms, damage photos, repair estimates and bills. It also reads hospital bills, accident reports and broker files in Excel, all tabs. It reads handwriting too, and shows a person what it cannot read.
What does it check in a damage photo?
It reads text in the photo, such as a plate. It notes what the photo shows. It checks that the photo was not used in another claim. It compares the photo date with the date the customer gave.
How does it know when it is wrong?
Three different AI models read each value and must agree. Math rules check totals, VAT and dates. If it is not sure, a person decides. Every answer shows the spot on the page or photo it came from.
Does Documind decide who caused the accident or how much to pay?
No. Documind reads and checks the papers and photos. It puts the facts in one file for your team. Your claims staff and experts make every decision. It does not set prices for policies.
Does it work with local forms and health data?
Yes. It reads local accident report forms and handwriting in many languages. Tax IDs and IBANs are checked with their check digits. Health data needs extra care under GDPR and KVKK. The consent and access rules are yours. You set who can see what.
Where is our data kept?
On your own servers. Documind can run without internet, on AI models you own. Nothing is sent to an outside AI service. Documind is GDPR and KVKK aligned. SOC 2 Type II is in progress.
